Bi Fold Door Security
The Origin Multipoint Lock offers 8 points of locking and is part of the reason our overall door system is PAS 24 & 23 Certified. The Solid Cast Zinc hinges are designed to withstand attack from even the most determined intruder. By using the ATK Barrel which is certified to 3 Star British Kite mark TS007:2014, we will deter burglars from lock bumping, picking, drilling and snapping offering a proven defence that is second to none. In line Linear shoot bolts engage 20mm into the bottom and top track to prevent lifting. All of this, on top of the innately robust and strong aluminium profile, makes for an ultra-secure system.

The Origin Bifold door is fabricated with an 18mm polyamide thermal break between the Aluminium to prevent cold bridging.

Woodgrain Bi Folds
To create the authentic look of natural wood the aluminium is powder coated as a base colour before being wrapped in a containing film which creates a vacuum for perfect adhesion. The aluminium is then cured at a high temperature, which transfers the ink on the film onto the base surface, creating a wood grain effect. When the aluminium has cooled the film is removed to leave a finish that looks like natural wood, with the added bonus of requiring minimum maintenance.
